Tyrese now threatens to quit over Dwayne Johnson Fast spin-off

It seems like only yesterday when we compiled our timeline of the drama surrounding The Fast and The Furious family, and assured you fellow The Fast and The Furious fans all was well now. We – it saddens us to say – were wrong. Tyrese “Roman” Gibson is back on Instagram and is now threatening to leave the franchise unless Dwayne Johnson walks away from it first.

Tyrese – or his 12-year-old assistant as we speculated last time – had the following to say:

Hello world………. hello loyal fans and loved ones from OUR fast universe…….. I’m sorry to announce that if Dewayne is in Fast9 there will no more Roman Peirce – You mess with family and my daughters survival I mess with yours……… close your eyes dude you’re a “Clown”…..

We’re not sure how closing of eyes is meant to make a person aware of their being a clown, but Tyrese – or his assistant – is working on a different plane of existence. And he’s upset.

This is of course all due to Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham having accepted to do a The Fast and The Furious spin-off movie that’s rumored to have pushed back the release of Fast 9 to 2020.

We’re not sure how this’ll pan out, but if the studio has to bump someone off the franchise, we don’t see the odds being in Tyrese’s favour. Meanwhile Jason Statham hasn’t been attacked by Tyrese yet, but we really want this to happen just to find out if the British thespian’s reaction would live up to our expectations, being:
